Service terms

Latam Partner Check provides bounded, public-source commercial research on Brazilian companies. The written scope, target, fee and delivery date are confirmed before payment.

The service is not a legal opinion, audit, credit rating, regulated background check, consumer report or guarantee of future conduct. Findings are limited to identified sources and the stated data cut-off.

Payment is due in advance after scope confirmation. You may cancel before research begins for a full refund. Once research begins, fees are non-refundable except where reliable public information proves insufficient for a reasoned report; in that case, you receive the source log and a full refund.

You must provide accurate instructions, use the report lawfully and make your own decision. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data or request surveillance, deception or unlawful screening.
